Hi, I’m Jenna Rae— the owner of Babe Cave Beauty, located in Onalaska Wisconsin. I specialize in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions designed to enhance your natural beauty while maintaining the health and integrity of your natural lashes. Each set is thoughtfully customized to complement your eye shape, desired style, and lifestyle. I completed my professional lash training in Miami, where I was trained in advanced techniques focused on precision, proper isolation, and creating handmade fans to craft beautifully customized lash sets. That training continues to influence the meticulous attention to detail I bring to every appointment. At Babe Cave Beauty, my goal is to provide a relaxing, comfortable experience while delivering high-quality, beautifully balanced lash sets. I believe exceptional lashes come from patience, artistry, and attention to detail, and I take pride in creating results that leave my clients feeling confident and effortlessly polished. CANCELLATION POLICY
Babe Cave Beauty – Appointment & Cancellation Policy: Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, we kindly ask that you respect the scheduling policies below so that all guests have the opportunity to book available appointments. At Babe Cave Beauty, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Please review the following policies before booking. Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellation Notice Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. Arriving late may also result in reduced lash coverage in order to ensure the appointment finishes within the reserved time. Card on File A valid card may be required on file to secure appointments and enforce cancellation policies. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
